Neuro Serge exists because of a woman named Ruth, and because her son got tired of watching her apologise for forgetting things.

Clearpoint Nutrition LLC was founded in 2018 in Boise, ID by two people who had spent most of their working lives in ingredient sourcing rather than in marketing. One of them, our head of formulation, had a mother in her seventies who had started prefacing every sentence with an apology. She would forget a name, apologise. Lose a thread, apologise. She was not ill. She was 74 and she was tired of herself.

What we found when we went looking for something to give her was a shelf full of two extremes. On one side, single ingredient bottles at doses too small to matter. On the other, stimulant stacks that promised a transformation in a week and delivered a racing heart. There was very little in between: a serious daily botanical formula, dosed like someone meant it, with the ingredient list printed where you could read it.

What we decided to build

Neuro Serge was formulated around three jobs rather than one headline ingredient: circulation to brain tissue, oxidative balance, and support for the nerve tissue itself. That is why the bottle holds more than twenty plants and nutrients instead of a single extract, and why it is dosed at two capsules a day, every day, instead of taken before a task.

It also meant accepting a slower promise. A formula built on ginkgo, lion's mane and polyphenol rich plant extracts does not produce a Tuesday afternoon effect, and we were not willing to pretend otherwise in the copy. So we did the only honest thing available to us: we made the refund window 180 days, long enough that anyone can find out for themselves at our risk rather than theirs.

That decision costs us traffic, and we make it anyway for two reasons. The first is control of the bottle: when a marketplace warehouse holds your stock, you no longer know how it was stored, how old it is, or whether what arrives at a customer's door came from your production run at all. The second is the guarantee. A 180 day promise only means something if the company hearing the request is the company that shipped the product. Selling direct is what lets us approve a refund in a day instead of arguing with a platform for a fortnight.

How we source and test

Every ingredient in Neuro Serge arrives with a certificate of analysis from its supplier, and it is identity tested again before it enters a batch. Blending, encapsulation and bottling happen in a contracted U.S. facility that is registered with the Food and Drug Administration and operates under current Good Manufacturing Practice. Ruth is 81 now. She still calls to tell us when the shipment is late.
