How fast Neuro Serge ships

Orders placed before 2pm Mountain Time are picked, packed and handed to the carrier the same business day. Anything after that cutoff, and anything placed at the weekend or on a public holiday, goes out on the next business day. Standard domestic delivery then takes three to seven business days depending on how far you are from Idaho.

Shipping is free on three and six bottle orders inside the United States. On the two bottle package, shipping is calculated at checkout and shown to you before you confirm. There are no handling fees and no charge added after the fact.

Tracking your order

A tracking number reaches you by email the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse, which is normally the same evening you ordered. If two business days pass with no tracking email, check your spam folder first, then write to [email protected] with your order number and we will resend it.

If tracking has not moved for four business days, tell us. We will open a trace with the carrier and, if the parcel is genuinely lost, we reship your Neuro Serge at our cost rather than making you wait for the carrier to conclude its investigation.

Damaged or incomplete deliveries

Photograph the outer box and the bottles exactly as they arrived and email the pictures to [email protected] with your order number. Damaged and short shipments are replaced outright. You do not need to return anything for a replacement of that kind.

Returns, step by step

1. Write to us within 180 days of your ship date. Email [email protected] with your order number and the words refund request.
2. Wait for the return authorisation. We reply within one business day with an authorisation code and the warehouse address. Please do not post anything back before you have that code, because unmarked parcels are hard to match to an order.
3. Post the bottles back. Sealed, opened or empty, all of them are accepted. Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service.
4. Get your money back. Once the parcel arrives, the purchase price returns to your original payment method within five to ten business days. There is no restocking fee.

The packages on this store are priced for delivery inside the United States. If you are ordering from elsewhere, email us before you place the order and we will confirm whether we can deliver to your country and what carriage costs. Import duties and taxes, where a country charges them, are the customer's responsibility.
