What we collect, and when
When you place an order for Neuro Serge we collect the name, delivery address, email address and telephone number you type into checkout, plus a record of what you bought. When you write to support we keep that correspondence so the next person who answers you has the context. When you simply read this website, our host records the ordinary server log entries every website records: an IP address, a timestamp, a page, a browser string.
Card details
We never see your full card number. Payment is handled by our payment processor over an encrypted connection, and what comes back to us is an authorisation and the last four digits. Card numbers are not stored on this website and are never sent by email. We will never ask you for a card number, a CVV or a password by email or telephone.
Why we hold it
To ship your order, to answer your questions, to honour the 180 day guarantee, and to meet the tax and record keeping obligations that apply to a U.S. company. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not enrich your record with data bought from third parties.
Who else touches it
Only the suppliers who need it to do their job: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our email provider and our web host. Each receives the minimum required. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Email you receive from us
Order confirmations and dispatch notices are transactional and are sent to every customer. Marketing email is separate and only goes to people who asked for it; every one of those carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Cookies
This store uses the small number of cookies needed to remember your cart selection and keep checkout working. We do not run third party advertising trackers on neuro-serge.net. Your browser can block or delete cookies at any time, though checkout will not function without the essential ones.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep it, or to opt out of marketing. We answer within thirty days. California residents may exercise the rights granted by the CCPA through the same address.
Children
Neuro Serge is intended for adults. This store is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers are announced by email.
